very nice action shot , a little wider crop would add to the photo i would think , having the rest of here arm showing.

This was the first time I tried playing with black and white for my sports shots. Sun was so intense and directly overhead so thought I would make the most of it! Also shot from about a foot off the turf to try to make it more dramatic. Wish I got the right arm in the shot, but selected it anyway since it seemed like a fun "soccer dance".

Nice shot.

I didn't even notice the right arm, till you mentioned it. The omission is not that big of a deal because my eye goes r. foot-ball-knee-shirt-face-l. arm-hair-shorts/r.leg-ball ... basically a circle around the story. In fact, it probably ADDS to the shot by NOT having the arm in, as it suggests a 'rushing in' to the frame.

It really is an excellent shot and the angle is very good as well. The more I look at it, more I like it.
