That lamp adds so much to the pic with its unique angle and shape that it elevates it to an excellent one. Kudos.

Nice composition. Having the lamp's cord reach the ceiling exactly at the top edge of the image makes for unique framing. If I were to pick nits, the white dots in the ceiling are a little distracting and I find the image overall a little dark. Nicely done, thought.

Nice perspective. Your eye is led by the lamp up to the triangles in the ceiling.

I agree about the 'nicely done' and the need for more contrast. If you could make this pop a little more, you'd have an excellent image here.
