Very neat shot. I actually like the apple in the snow w/out the skyline, too; it's almost abstract!

I did try an abstract approach, but I liked the one with the horizon more...
anyway, I changed the pic to a vertical composition instead of a horizontal one

Very good pic. It reminds me of a meteor landing. I really like it but the angled pole in the background spoils the fun.
