office depot had a deal on the sandisk 8g extreme II for 19.99... i dunno if that deal is still up ... cyber monday should bring some good deals too...

Actually, that post came off a little more wise-ass than intended. I think there will be some better deals in the next 48 hours but by the time they get posted here they will be either sold out or ended. In that situation - if you can be bothered - (regular) google/bing really is your friend!
It looks like this started today and ends Monday... most major online retailers have special discounted prices on Sandisk Extreme III cards right now. Looks like Adorama may be a good bet to maximize your discount with Bing if you want to go that route.
About the Costco deal, those cards are not 30mb/s are they? Ultra II is 15mb/s I thought? The Extreme III are 30mb/s
Jacob, I'm not sure what you're planning on using the cards in - but I'm a very big fan of the SD Extreme III's (as opposed to the U. II's). At the moment, you're right, Adorama looks like a good bet (though there was a 10% bing discount on B&H earlier today). Good luck! (I'm actually shopping for audio gear at the moment - hence my bing-awareness - but if I see any good deals on Cfs in my travels I'll definitely let you know).

The SanDisk line was recently upgraded, so the Ultra II is now 200X, the old specs of the Extreme. Check Sandisk.com if you don't believe me. Whatever, I bought a couple today at Costco and they are marked as 200X, 30MB/S.

Hmm, not always. I just bought a Transcend 8 GB SDHC Class 6 for my S90 at Amazon (cheapest fast card I could find at the time). It was $25. The 8GB, 200X, 30MB/S Ultra II CF card I bought at Costco yesterday was $19.95.
