Nice capture. I really like the amount of snow frost: adds a nice touch without blanketing the scene. It seems a bit more wintry in your part of the country than mine.

Thank you all for the nice words! I haven't participated in the WA in some while and I've forgotten the level of competition, I'm worried...

Rich, it's pretty much been winter for us here the last few weeks, with a little over a foot of the white stuff and night temps down around -16C. Wanna trade?

Pines and cones are not common in this part of the world, not to mention the snow. So my first impression is "Christmas". Great composition, classic greeting cards material.
