While going thru all my old files I ran across some of my first zoo shot with my old Canon D30
These were all taken in 2002 before I joined Fred's . For those of you that didn't shoot back then we only had 3.3 Million Pixels. this is also before I new what Raw was so they were all shot in JPG. I truly was green when I started this digital stuff.
Nice work the meager px count Tom Some great comps here, 2, 3, 4, 6 of the critters for me. The candid of the kid just being blown away by the zoo is priceless. Looks somebody was following in dads foot steps

Tom, boy, you started out with a bang as well! Memories are the best part of photographs.
Thanks The D30 was my first DSLR, and for me this is when I started to shoot nature type stuff . my first digital was an Oly 2500L I think that was the model 2.5 MP I used it to take before and afters of my Remodeling stuff ( Kitchen and Bath )
Thanks Tim . How do they look to you are they to bright or dark , over sharpened. that sort of thing. I'm working on a laptop. and I'm not sure of the colors .
You give proof to the saying it doesn't matter the number of pixels or quality of the camera when it is in the hands of a skilled photographer! Excellent old shots! The candid of the boy is tops!
