His parents are both very pleased...which pleases me.

I know that look, my teen son gives it to me all the time too...

Quite a nice portrait, even better so that the clients are happy too. Window light? I like the subtle Rembrandt triangle of light on his left cheek. It feels a little soft, but I imagine that's just the web version. Anyway, great capture and conversion!

Beautiful!

I like the eye light in the original image.

It adds an unusual spark to the portrait.

Window light it is. It is a nice north facing window...nice and soft light.
