p.1 #1 · first macro outing :)

so after taking my newly acquired vivitar S1 90mm 2.5 out and about, i just finished editing a couple shots. would love to see what you think. i'm pretty new to the macro world, and i've always wanted to get a nice lens for it. C & C welcomed and much appreciated. thanks a bunch, david.

Great shots and the almost vintage feel in the B&W ones adds to the abstraction.

What was your lighting setup?

thanks a bunch

it was actually just outside lighting (except number 2) with my cam on my tripod, along with an ooold flash mounted on my hotshoe, with a little mitten shape diffuser on it.
