Well seen in all of these. I think #2 is the most creative of all of these. The shots from the Narrows are well executed, but the originality and elements of #2 make it quite unique.
Wonderful stuff, Ian. 1st, 2nd and 5th for me, though I enjoyed the entire set.
These show the great variety of scenes in that area and re-inforce my desire so go there.

I've tried to find a map of where Little Finland is. Can someone put up a link to a map of the area please? I will be spending Xmas in Valley of Fire and want to check it out.

I'll have to admit that's definitely the case with most landscape photos. Composition, saturation, lighting... all these come together to help turn a mediocre scene into something gorgeous.
