So awesome. Truly great. I assume birch trees? Love the color and subdued tones. Great work

aF, The trees were either birch or aspens. Thanks for taking the time to look at my work.

An outstanding impressionistic image, one of the finest I've seen, anywhere. Well done!

This is a very nice one. You've been working on these for a while now. I think this is one of your best. There is a little sliver of blue/green intersecting with the left edge that is a little distracting for me, might be a consideration.

This is a beautiful 'painting', I like the harmonious and warm colors in contrast to the 'blue'.

Another very nice example of your technque. I really like the colorations on this, and the almost ghost-like impressions of the trees.

Still haven't had the right setting to try this out. Hopefully soon.

Cheers,
Ed

Thanks for the suggestion Jim...I'll try changing that to whitish grey and see how it looks.

Hi Karl, I liked how the colours turned out on this one too. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't.

Hi Ed, Glad you like this one. The ghosting is caused by how fast the camera was moving.....compared to the slow shutter speed. Looking forward to seeing your photos when you get a chance to try this technique.
