I'm going to disagree with the 'perfect' (purr fect) label, not to be contrary but to foster some discussion.
Here's some things I noticed:
I notice a rather dramatic hair arrangement in this shot, but much of it is not shown. I looks a bit "incomplete" as shown.
The bottom of the pic ends with a slight view of her hand. A crop just above the hand would look nicer, IMO.
A slight turn of the head, more towards the camera might give a more pleasing angle for the face.
But it is a fine picture in spite of all those minor points. Well done.
