Research shows people want small compacts that perform well. That's why the EP-1 is selling well. I've sold more Panasonic GF1's in the past week than I have any Ricoh GR camera or Sigma DP1 or anything that had a fixed lens.

Don't worry, you'll all love if it comes out.

People wish for all sorts of unrealistic products. Unfortunately not enough are willing to pay reasonably for them.

I think the EP1 is a good spot to be, but I don't like it that much. Maybe the Nikon one will be better?

I love the Olympus EP1 and the Pana GF1 is even nicer. If money were no object, they'd be in my house now.

As it is, I'll wait for the CX mount Nikon's.
