Thankfully this man will soon be represented by a union and will have health care coverage and a better than an $8.00 hr. job sorting garbage for recycling. Sanitation work is the 4th most dangerous work in America today. Something to think about.

That was his expression both before and after the photoraph. I don't do sneak photography it's not my style and I often interact with the people I shoot. The white car IMHO offers good contrast against the black shirt but I realize we can't please everybody.
Nice work Wilfredo. You caught the weariness he must have at the end of a shift. This has got to be a tough job. You might want to consider sharpening the reflections in the left eyeglass just a bit - maybe its the compression, but it seems just a bit soft where everything else is sharp.
