My tall dark and handsome bald mannequin, longing to be... a real guy? a photographer? a czar? who knows. [ Single AB800 light in beauty dish with grid, for you strobephobes.]

wonderful light. I hope he reaches his dreams!

Thanks, Chris! I'm sure many are familiar with the Twilight Zone episode where the mannequins came alive at night, and each got to go off, one at a time, for a month to live as a real person. You can forget they are in the room and can be startled when you walk back in. ha

Extraordinary, Bev! This is the hands down winner for sure! Maybe even the hands up winner, too! Bravo! its pointless for me to even bother entering.
Fond regards,
Endre
Such high praise, Endre, people will think I paid you (btw you take credit cards?). Lots of talent people here, so one never knows where the winds will blow. Since it's all about participating and not winning, you must participate and enter! Thanks for the gushing praise. :-)
Really nice shot Bev, if you see hair growing on his head maybe his wanting to come alive will come true. If not I'll send you some mushrooms and a couple fairies might come along to help.

Very well lit. I love these perspective portraits. Very dramatic.

Thanks Chad! I love drama and interesting perspectives, too. The WA assignments make you get out and shoot something you might otherwise have shot, and that's a cool thing. Happy shooting.

Oh Bev, you're so good you're just killing me. Such a simple object and yet, such a beautiful outcome. Kudos.
I once dubbed Endre "The maestro of light". I'm beginning to think he is not the only one.....
Happy shooting,
Yakim.
Yakim! You're just killing me with such nice kudos and applause. :-) You're so kind. I've seen such a steady improvement in your images this past year, it's been great to watch. My best to you!
As Yakim said, you've taken something so simple and made it interesting. I really like the POV.
Cheers,
Rich
Thanks, Rich. I took several POV shots and it's amazing how subltle changes in angle can make a shot more interesting or not. Photography is an endless learning curve, and a fun one.
