...so I don't have to do stuff like this. Handheld macro-ish/tilt-ish shots done with the GF1 and the Voigtlander 40mm f/1.4 Nokton:

M42 bellows are plenty cheap and work just fine ;-)

But those shots definitely turned out well.

Yeah, but I'd like to use M Mount glass as well as my Nikon glass...

Glad you like shots though! It's a bit disconcerting shooting with a big air gap between the mount and lens.

There is a compact M42 bellow that usually came together with the M42 100/4 bellow lens. It weights only about 3 ounce. I have one of those. You can adapter your nikon or Leica M lens easily to a M42 socket.

After seeing your shots, I tried doing this myself with my E-P1 and almost drowned myself in drink afterwards.

That thing is nuts! But yeah, making one is definitely on the table. I've fabricated stuff in the past, and bellows are pretty simple devices ultimately so I may go ahead and give it a shot.

I don't suppose you'd part with the Kopil? I already have an M Mount, so getting an M39 adapter is a cinch. Might have to modify the front...

Nope. I've only ever seen one, and now you've seen it, too.

I was afraid you'd say something like that!
