Edit* lighting and shooting in a stainless kitchen proved to be very difficult for me. I still did not get all the hotspots out....

This is good. I think it looks cool having all of the stainless hot spots.

I think you did a great job of capturing this chef at work. I might have liked a closer shot of the cooking, but this one focusing on the chef is very good too.
