I haven't keeping up with the news, so what's going to happen in 2012? Should I stop contributing to my 401K and buy all the L glass I wanted?

With all the weird sh.. going on in the world and the stunningly dumb idiots doing crazy things around the world, I wouldn't be surprised. In any case, the 60D should hopefully be released by then and I will have upgraded my 30D.
