Hello everybody,

I've been in the market for an f/2.8 lens for a long time now, and recently I've come upon the opportunity to trade my Nikkor 60mm f/2.8 lens for the Sigma 70-210 f/2.8... I haven't heard a whole lot about this lens... So what/how is it?

I have this lens for Canon, and it is very sharp.

I had that lens in EOS mount(had it re-chipped by Sigma). Decent results. I also had a new Sigma 70-200F2.8 macro !!(returned to dealer, first day). I then purchased a Sigma 70-200 F2.8 lens, original version, very nice lens indeed. If the lens your looking at, has the 82MM filter, thats the first of the 70-210, if its 77MM, that the second version, and is smaller and lighter.
