For me the perspective of this shot summarizes the fear and isolation one would feel to be stricken with an unknown disease. Very nice.

Outstanding shot, Bill! All by itself it's also scary simply because who hasn't been afraid of getting shots? Nice concept and great use of DOF.

I really like the idea and composition in this shot Bill. The slightly OOF subject bothered me at first but, after reading the caption and studying it further, the concept and execution have grown on me. Nicely done
