That's right, at 7:24 a.m. on the 4th of July this immature eagle fledged out of it's nest to join it's sibling whom left a day earlier. An awesome experience to behold.

First shot is 10 seconds prior to takeoff.

Thanks Jude, the pose is unusual and the angle is basically what I was left with without any pine branches in the way.
