Terrific shot Hanh!! Perfect crop and super DOF
Tom
Thank you very much, Tom. This was more of a snap shot for me cause I had to hurry, had barely enough time to raise the camera when the ducklings came running out of their hiding and to the water. Sometimes when they're so cute, I even forget to take a picture. Glad I didn't forget this time.

Oh, this is precious. Usually the babies are following mommy. What a wonderful shot, kudos.
You're right. It was the first time I've seen the ducklings running in front of their mother, which made me even more excited grabbing the shot.
Thank you for the comment.

Well, Hello.
Your comment caused me to look at your web site -- a great looking site with wonderful images.
I also think the pano works very well.

Hello there, John. Thanks for stopping by. Ya the website is the result of lots of hard work by myself and my husband Andy - you might have heard of him here on FM (thunderbird)

Nice crop Hanh, I like the lighting too. That's a lot of young ones, I never seen 11. On the east coast, we see more like 5 or 6 as there's lots of snapping turtles and foxes keeping them alert.
Herb
Herb,
This was when they were newly hatched. If you went back to see them in a day or two, they'd be down to maybe 5 or 6. After a week, you'd be lucky to see more than 3. That's why I was even more excited when I took this shot and all 11 ducklings were looking in the right direction and none was blocked from clear view. Thank you for looking.
