I love this shot. I've always been a fan of ultra-wide crops. I think this one if perfect. In addition I like the colors. It's almost a spectrum, transitioning from purple to pink to red to yellow to green (count the background). Really nice shot!
Also, this looks like it should be the header for a bagillion webpages (wider with more green to the right). You should stock photo that!
I normally never change the aspect ratio of my photos so it's nice to know that I got it right! I just cropped off the top to try a widescreen effect and liked it
