You are a Nikon shooter and posting such threads are unnecessary and wastes forum space and bandwidth. Just because you may have had errors, doesn't mean others do as well.
I'm sure as Nikon gains market share it will have its own set of problems. There are issues with both brands, but I'm sick of the unwarranted Canon bashing.

I don't know what happened. I never downloaded this (did Canon also release automatic wireless download?) but my camera keeps showing Err3.

I've read this a few times now as I've showed people around the office. And everytime I laugh my a$$ off. Must the Australian sense of humour because I loved this.
We always seem to get the Err99 message. The new messages will be a welcome change.

Do you think Canon will have a firnmware update to include these new ERR messages for my 20D and 30D? I sure would like something more exciting than the ERR 99 messages that I've received in the last couple of days.
My 10D had an early version of the ERR 99 message. It only showed once while the camera self-destructed.
Can I get that with all my lens options....
maybe if I only buy 'L's lens that wont happen to me..
I wasnt gettting those ERR codes until Canon added them to the list..
