This guys effort and sheer determination to get his full twist off a trampette (gymnastics) was a great to see, the concentration was great..I hope I captured it...?.

Great shot, not only is there an obvious need for concentration but it looks like he is having fun while doing as well. The kids in the door way add to the image as well. Well done.
Great capture, Howard! Freezing him n that position is fantastic! I wish there weren't quite so many horizontal and vertical lines to distract but that is a minor detail. Overall, it's a wonderful shot!
