Just started testing my 8 fast "50" lenses. Sorry, I have no way to post results here. Crops available if you e-mail me. The candidates: Fuji 50/1.4 EBC M42, Sigma 50/1.4 EX DG, Rokkor 50/1.4 X-PG converted to EF mount, Rokkor 58/1.2 X-PG also converted, Canon FL 55/1.2 also converted, Canon FL 58/1.2 also converted, Mamiya Sekor 55/1.4 M42, Vivitar 55/1.4 VMC M42. First test = newspaper on door, tripod, remote switch, LiveVIew 10X for MF, series from wide open to F/11, Canon 50D shooting as .jpg neutral settings. Cropped different parts of the frame at different apertures. Top 4 lenses in order in the sharpness department (they were all close together) -

Wide open Zone B - 50 Rokkor, 55 FL, Sigma 50, 58 Rokkor.

Edge f/2.8 - 55 FL, 58 Rokkor, 50 Rokkor, Sigma 50.

Center f/5.6 - 58 Rokkor, 55 FL, Sigma 50, 50 Rokkor.

Bokeh testing this afternoon.

Can you upload to one of the many free file hosting sites (photobucket, imageshack, etc.). Many of them don't even require registration. You can link from here to there.

That same bandwidth that you'd use to e-mail them to a single person could be used to upload them for everyone's enjoyment.

If you'd prefer to e-mail them to me, I'll host them for you and we can all enjoy them

I'll be especially interested to see the results for the Fuji - I used Fuji rangefinders for many years (no longer), and their EBC lenses are absolutely fantastic.
