#1 Cool processing! However, a couple things that caught my eye right away. It looks like a tree branch is growing out of her head. I think the processing is so severe that it make the shadows from the wood slats almost unidentifable, hence a leafless tree in shadow. However, I do like the processing.
The second thing I noticed is that there is a pretty dark circle under her right eye. It almost looks as if she has a black eye.
#2 Much better. Two nits: The blouse looks blown in spots (but I'm on a horrible horrible monitor) and the split on the bottom of the blouse camera side could have been smoothed out instead of folded.
Lots of shadow on the face in #1 makes me prefer #2. Good work on the eyes. (A smile would be nice too).
#2 has a lot of white in it. I think I would be tempted to compose so her face was larger in the frame and the white shirt was seen less.
Nice shots. My preference is also #2. I don't believe anyone else has mentioned it but in #1 her right eye almost looks like you used the liquify filter/tool and enlarged or distorted it. It just looks really weird to me. But this could just be me since no one else brought it up.
