Thats excellent - I like the landscape parallel - just shows that whatever the genre of photography we are responding to the same appealing characteristics of form, line, light color and tone. Paul

I find I can imagine look at any kind of landscpae when looking at horses. They have such wonderful shapes and lines!

Good idea, Ute. I like the bockeh in the background. Taken against a sunset the horses back would silhouette well as a range of hills in the North perhaps.

Of course a horse picture can be a landscape one, since horse are mounts, and mounts definitely belong in the landscape category
