Nice - and a really good candidate for one of those "face sticking out of the frame" shots

very cute dog and nice lighting on this shot. I like it a lot. The dog should be smiling. Look at the size of that backyard. i'd be smiling too!

He's obviously border collie, or at least partly thereof...........OF COURSE he wants to play!

Nice shot, since they rarely hold still for even a second.

Onlly suggestion I have is to brighten the eyes a little bit, and maybe "pop" the black to give a little deeper color (though that may just be the monitor I am using).

Good work.

Joe is a stray that showed up at our house - we've got 275 acres, so he loves to run with us on the 4-wheeler to check cows. He's got a great personality!

This was taken with my 20D and the kit lens (18-55) that I throw on the camera when I'm outside working and don't want to risk one of my L's getting hurt!

Genes Home - thanks for the comments on improving...I'll admit being very weak on PS and this one has had nothing done to it besides downsizing for the web. I'll see what i can do with it. It looks great in an 11 x 17 print already, but I bet a touch here or there with PS can improve it even more!!
