p.1 #1 · CS4 - Fit to screen and New window

I just upgraded to CS4. I'm not a Photoshop expert and for beginning I have two (maybe) simple problems for someone who has enough time

(I already try with google)
1. Where can I set that new photo is opened as "Fit on screen"? As I can see, photo always open smaller as it should.
2. Is there any way to open photo in a window (like it was default in CS3)? Now I must go to tab above photo and use right click and then choose "Move to new window".

Try Edit/Preferences/Interface and uncheck "Open documents as tabs" and "Enable floating document window docking"
