Someone just contacted me that they want to buy a print from me (well, the .jpg for a print) for their business lobby. I have never sold a print before and have no idea what to charge.
Who is the "someone" who wants to purchase it. If it is the power plant pictured therein, they should be able to pay more than the local insurance agent, as well as the fact that they will gain more from having it there.
I would not let go the jpg, but would sell them the print, framed if possible. And mark-up the framing, since it will take you time and effort as well as the money spent to get it properly framed.
You might query some local corporate decorator as to pricing in your area for that type art-work.
If you do "lease" them the rights to use it and furnish the jpg spell out carefully what they are permitted to do with the jpg and what they are not licensed to use it for, and charge accordingly.

It looks like the buyer is a small business that operates in the area of carbon sequestering, it was founded in 2007 and is based in Los Gatos, California. I'm definitely leaning toward selling the print instead. I'm still shooting for help with a ballpark figure of what one might charge for this or maybe what kind of markup is common.
Framed? Unframed? The print mounted on 1" Gator Board?
There's the old rule of thumb that states mark it up 100% of your costs. And then some. Artwork that large is usually in the $300~$400 range. And specify it is a viewing print only. Any commercial use will be charged according to usage, and the file be made available only at that time.
