A very nice image, but I agree about the crop. Personally I would do a little noise reduction for the blue part of the water and sharpen up a little bit more.
To me, I find the grass to be, primarily, a distraction. It seems to serve no purpose and disrupts the continuity of an otherwise beautiful image. I would also like to see a touch more depth of field. I believe it would be more pleasing if the direction of the waves went from upper left to lower right as well, but this is a very minor criticism.
