Overall this looks like a pretty nice capture. You might try framing the shot differently if you have some crop room.
Bird in direct center frame is usually not as interesting. The reflection of the water at the top of the frame is a bit distracting. Also, perhaps a bit of highlight recovery with some of the bright spots on the bird.
