Hello all. I'm a beginner and this is a pic of my chocolate lab puppy at 14 weeks old. Please give me feed back so that I can improve. I do think the eyes should be more in focus, but I didn't realize that until a few days later when I saw the pic in its full size.

It's a decent shot, but the photo needs to be taken within the one week period of the current WA--Wednesday to Tuesday. You indicate in your description that the photo was taken at least a "few days" ago.

I like the pose, but you should clean up the ground around the face and look for a more uniform background behind the puppy. Also, maybe a light source from above the nose instead of "up" the nose would help.

Chad, I did not know that the WA pic had to be taken the week of WA. I will try to figure out how to transfer it to another forum and try to take a pic this week of one of my pets.
