Hehe, thanks. Sure, several people have gotten it. If you go on my site, go into my Fine Art Galleries, go into the Best Of gallery, you will see a 420 photo there, it's one of my all time faves. The comments section for that photo has some info that would further answer your question.
When I had a battery-related problem and needed to reset, Canon tech said you have to take both batteries out, but also press the shutter while they are out. (I seem to recall they said turn the switch to "on" and click, though it seems illogical.) Someone else mentioned pressing the shutter in an earlier post.
