Very nice shot. I really like all the contradictions here: High/low, transparent/opaque, colourful/colourless, natural/artificial, soft/hard and there must be more that I missed.

I love the shot, especially the light on the flower (almost as if it's from the flower), but it looks like the post processing didn't quite hit the edges.
On my monitor, I see the edges of a marquee selection used to black out the background. around the glass, I still see a difference of color that I'm assuming shouldn't be there. If it should, you may ignore my post =)
