Is there any problems using the rokkor on the 1D II?
I just got my camera and I do not want to mess it up...

I doubt it very much. I've never heard of anything hitting a 1D2 mirror.

Hi Anden, I use mine on 1D1 but the Rokkor were filed.
But I don't think you will have any problem at all, given the smaller mirror.

Anden,
I haven't filed YET! When I bought my 58 from Jordan he had been using it on his 40D with no problem.
I used on my 40D - no problem.
1D MkII - mirror hits it at infinity focus

I just found out a couple weeks ago. I thought something was wrong with the camera.
My 40D is up for sale so guess what I will be doing.
