As a Firefighter I do get to see some amazing things. A few years ago we had a high voltage (15,500 volts if I remember correctly) come down onto the side of a street. Once the power was turned off and the brush fire extinguished, I found this. It is a small piece of the glass that was made as the high voltage coursed through the sand.

That is a very cool looking object. The blue is really electric. I would love to see you reshoot this ...mainly the right side....with a close up, more abstract result. Try and adjust the lighting so you don't get those lighting blowouts on the blue area. I think it would make an awesome abstract.

Agree with Barmar... the subject itself offers a lot of potential, the lighting of the photo could be improved

Amazing sory behind this glass. Maybe if you came down low and shot from the rhs with a little change in the lighting to get the best from the electric blue.
