Tiny Bubble - A simple shape, repeated, over and over again.

Had some fun blowing bubbles in the studio, two soft boxes, one left one right.

Very interesting image. I like it. It almost looks like old silverwork, set with obsidian cabochons.

A nice concept. Perhaps too many bubbles? Seems kinda cluttered.

Yakim, no B/W conversion, this is almost as it came out of camera.

Chad, agreed, I knew I had not hit the mark perfectly for the assignment, I was going for simplicity breeds chaos feel, didn’t quite nail it, but I liked the results so decided to call it a keeper anyway.

As much clutter as there is, there are quite a few hidden patterns. But the real pattern gems are in the tiny reflective details from bubble to bubble and unfortunately impossible to see at 640 px (which I now know is one of the elements of these weekly challenges, your vision and the details have to communicate over fairly low res.)

Well, it's the first time I see bubbles without colourful reflections.

I think this was due to the light only coming into the bubbles from a 90deg angle. I had a few with a third light that was closer to 45deg and more specular and those frames had the usual color sheen, but the color added to the clutter, I found the frames like this that where just silver to be... simpler.
