I've always thought graveyards make for interesting subjects.
A few thoughts: I think the shots could benefit from some Level adjustments, colors seem pretty unsaturated on my work monitor.
Also maybe some dodging and burning to bring out the subject of each photo, having an evenly exposed image like these makes my eye wander to find the subject.
