Hello,
Is the skyport compatible with wireless triggering from a Sekonic L-758D or would i have to use a sync lead to measure exposure/test fire flashes.

Sekonic is only compatible with PW. Nothing else will fire it except a cord.

I just carry the on camera trigger around with me and use the test button on it to test my lights with my L-358. I dont know about your model though.
