I have a friend that worked for Chase now works for Compass.....he only left because Compass offered him (a lot) more money...he never complained about the company....however, they do rate everything on goals...and if you want to move up in chase...you have to play the game...I am happy for you that WaMu was purchased...was sorta of worried what would happen...if no one stepped in....(WaMu did some bad loans durring the last 3 years that put it on shaky ground)...
