Nice shot, Chelle. The sky looks almost too good to be true and as John pointed out, the reflection on the filter is really nice. My biggest comment would be that if i did the same sort of shot, I'd try to get it to move more. How, you ask? By positioning your subject so that he is shooting into some space. Right now there is this big black blob of a photographer smack dead center of the shot which causes it to look very static and heavy. You're already going to get "heavy" due to the black silhouette. To overcome that, the next time you try something like this, try shooting a landscape frameing and having some negative space on the right (in this case) that he is shooting into. I think it would give much more interest to the composition. There are times, of course, when something dead center works best but in general having the subject even al little off center and allowing space for the viewer's imagination to move into the rest of the frame by following the line of their action makes better compositional sense. Very nice first attempt at a silhouette, though.
