Hmm looks a little under, Id lighten the guys that are darker up in photo shop. Same with there hair and maybe around the edges of their clothing to make them stand out more. Overall I think it could use a little more light.

Depends on the mood you want to set...for me I would like a wee bit less light and floor lighted faces to bring the "evil" shadows around the faces

There's a really grunge feel to this. But I keep getting distracted by the person standing behind. Would have worked better for me if they were all standing in a line.

I think an additional rim light to the right is necessary. They're mostly wearing black and the background is black.

The picture is already good, but it can be improved upon.
