It's a USA model bought from B&H--I am the original owner. It looks basically new. I don't see anything to write about (that's a good thing!). Comes with box and all paperwork, blank warranty papers, and lens shade (of course). The only thing missing is the silica gel package and the plastic wrap (I used a nice ziplock bag to re-pack it).
I also have a B+W filter I can sell at a very good price if you'd like one.
