Where was this shot? It's very soothing. I really like it. My only advice would be get some sort of foreground in the shot to add a sense of depth and scale. Perhaps you could have capture less of the sky and added some reeds or rocks in the foreground (IF there was anything interesting in the foreground that is).
Thank you folks. Yes it was very peaceful and calming around 6:30 am. The noisy type speed-boats didn't start till late morning so we did have some quiet time to take advantage of.
Ace, it was taken at a fishing lodge on Lake Kashwakamak which is approximately 50 miles north of Lake Ontario at Kingston. I was standing at the end of one of the docks so no foreground. Next time I'll stand on shore and get some of that dock in the shot and perhaps a small boat or two.
