I think the floor was made up of rubber tiles. You'll notice that the wheels stop being reflected after a certain way up. Maybe the lights were too high to reflect?
The lights are really cool. There's almost too much going on here. Perhaps a tighter crop would really draw the focus onto something specific. I'm not sure what it would be / have been of though.
