No. $99 in the US (£82 in the UK) No mention of a deal for you and me. However - I might wait to see what CS4 has - if they included some of the features like the exposure brush....
Don't forget to check out the new camera profiles. They're still in beta but I've got high hopes that finally the colors will come closer to what DPP produces. They work with LR 2.0 and Camera Raw 4.5 (released yesterday as well) and can be download from http://labs.adobe.com/wiki/index.php/DNG_Profiles
Alistair, do indeed check out the new profiles - they're a miracle compared to previous ACR iterations. I've thrown some images at it which I could never faithfully reproduce with the "old" Lightroom or ACR, and now they're just like they should be. Adobe Standard and Camera Faithful (which should resemble Canon's Faithful picture style) are very, very good. This is going to save me quite a few journeys into Photoshop!

Similar here in Australia. The Aussie dollar is worth about 95 US cents but we have to pay AU$165 for the Lightroom 2 upgrade (compared to US$99).
Expression Media 2 upgrade is just as bad, AU$161 for us but US$99 in America.
These prices are for the download versions so why such disparity? Distribution doesn't cost any more!
Because they can - or in my case maybe they can't. I would rather spend my cash on the next PS upgrade. At the US price - I would probably have gone for LR 2.0.as well.
Well I've hastily downloaded LR2 and aside from a slower machine (I'm sure its doing something in the background like rebuilding the catalogue) I still trying to workout what I've got for my money.
The two screen working was not quite how I imagined it - I envisaged the tools being detached on to a second screen (a la Photoshop) allowing a larger viewing area for your main picture. Instead you get an almost Bridge like screen with a grid of the pictures in your folder (must remember to calibrate 2nd monitor now...)
Just my initial thoughts, I'm sure I'll have found all the toys and be using them happily by the end of the day :o)
