Socrate, so this is what Terry was trying to tell us that the Nikon can do Remove the clutter, very cool feature, although I think it is easier to just not include it to start with
So now a toss up between your crops and fine PP work or Maggies.....hmmmmmm

What we see here is proof that flowers are living creatures with feelings and have been so intimidated by the new macros that they have either turned the other way as in Chad's photo or shrivelled up as in Anthony's.
There is another possible technical explanation which could lie in the shutter speed. I suspect our two widlife action heros set the shutter speed to infinity and, not getting their highs from the like of trying to catch the wing movements of hummers, went and had a few beers forgetting to turn off the time lapse linked modality of their shutter speeds. Proof of this theory can be had from the fact that Chad's flower turned right around to follow the sun and that Anthony's macro macro ended up reflecting the sun unto the subject thereby producing an imitation of a microwaved daffodil.
Hats off though to Anthony though for being man enough to put his name horizontally on his photo. the vertical placement of Chad's signature would indiacte a certain lack of confdence in his final product or maybe he had just too many beers both pre and post processing.
What a hoot!
Cheers,
Martin

That was why I said "Consider this as my official vote for you" since it dodn't allow me to vote after I viewed the results w/out voting first. Blame it on Fred
