Hi Matt,

Nice idea and you have captured the Turkey well. I just wish it were a bit more pleasing to look at. Half cooked poultry somehow turns my stomach. Good luck this week.

Nice shot, Matt.

Food stylists used to use blow torches and motor oil to make a nearly raw turkey look "appetizing." I assume that they still do that. I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to eat it.

You have a clean oven, BTW.
