p.1 #1 · Arcsoft Raw Viewer not showing thumbnails?
On 2 of my computers, after installing the Canon codec, and the Arcsoft Raw thumbnail viewer, i had thumbnails of my CR2s in the explorer window..
now though, I tried to change the file association, and now they wont show at all. I just get the standard blue green tile thing when I view thumbnails - JPGs work fine though..
I dont understand whats wrong.. Ive tried uninstalling it, and reinstalling it, repairing the install, everything - but I cant find a fix. Someone else has had to have done this..
Anyone know whats wrong? I assume some setting in the reg is a 0 instead of a 1 but i dont know what!
XP on both machines, and ive set everything the way it was before. Tried to restore the file type, change to Raw viewer, CS3.. nothing!
